Superhero Mentorship Program: Empowering Teen Leaders to Inspire the Next Generation

The Superhero Mentorship Program equips teenagers with leadership and mentorship skills by teaching them the SuperYou FUNdation curriculum, which they, in turn, share with younger children. This peer-driven program builds a sense of responsibility, connection, and empowerment, as older students serve as role models while reinforcing their own learning through teaching.

  • Build empathy and communication skills through mentorship and active listening.
  • Strengthen problem-solving, decision-making, and collaboration abilities.
  • Gain confidence in public speaking and facilitation.
