SuperYou Curriculum: Empowering Students to Create Positive Change

The SuperYou curriculum fosters a culture of kindness, anti-bullying, and social-emotional learning (SEL) in schools worldwide. Designed to inspire students to recognize and celebrate their unique “superpowers,” the program empowers them to positively impact their communities while developing essential 21st-century skills.

What Students Learn

Through games, music, and interactive lessons that include skit creation, art, storytelling, and cape-making, students:

  • Create and embody their unique superhero identities, connecting with their best qualities and values.
  • Explore personal fears, obstacles, hopes, and dreams to foster resilience, self-awareness, and empathy.
  • Recognize and celebrate their strengths while uplifting the superhero qualities in others.
  • Collaborate on service projects that positively impact their school or community.
  • Expand critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills through storytelling, group activities, and problem-solving.
  • Use music, art, and writing to express their values, aspirations, and creativity.
  • Shift their focus from “me” to “we,” fostering responsibility, empathy, and good citizenship.
